2. Greek Yogurt with fruit and granola:  Choose plain Greek yogurt which is high in protein and low in sugar, and add fresh fruit like berries or sliced peaches.  Top with a small amount of low-sugar granola for crunch.

3. Veggie Lovers Omelet:  Whisk together two eggs with chopped vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms.  Cook in a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.

4. Whole Grain Toast with avocado and scrambled eggs:  Toast a slice of whole grain bread and top with mashed avocado and scrambled eggs.  Add a sprinkle of chili flakes or black pepper for extra flavor.

5.  Smoothie Bowl:   Blend together frozen fruit like banana, berries, and mango with almond milk or coconut water.  Pour into a bowl and top with slice fruits nuts and seeds.
